We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Isis Reulen. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please carefully read and follow the guidelines outlined below to ensure a smooth return process:

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at isisreulenbrand@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA).
Please clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package when returning the item

Shipping:

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 days.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are at your own cost

Exchange:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team to check availability.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Undergarments, swimwear, and earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Items purchased during a sale or promotional period (unless otherwise stated)
